The upgrade is totally worthwhile as it lets you expand subfolders to see what files are unsynced. I downloaded this in 2021 on Big Sur OS and tried out the free version which worked like a charm. Files are not syncing according to custom settings:( I am afraid I am going to have to ditch this one.
